Two Days of Learning, Innovation and Stronger Partnerships
Strong partnerships are built through collaboration, shared knowledge and open dialogue. That was the focus of JEAKUE’s Dealer Day France, where 16 dealer companies from across the country came together for two days of learning, hands-on product experience and networking at a beautiful venue near Paris.
The event provided an opportunity for our French dealer network to discover the latest developments from JEAKUE, gain valuable market insights and exchange ideas with colleagues and product specialists. More importantly, it reinforced the close relationships that continue to drive our growth across the French market.

Sharing knowledge and market insights
The two-day programme combined product updates, technical sessions and strategic discussions designed to help our partners stay ahead in an evolving material handling industry.
Christophe Gemain and Caroline Bouget, Sales Manager France, and Kai von Berg, VP Sales Europe, welcomed attendees with presentations covering the latest news from JEAKUE, recent product developments and market trends. Their sessions highlighted how the material handling sector continues to evolve, with increasing demand for lithium-powered equipment, sustainable solutions and technologies that improve operational efficiency.
As customer expectations continue to grow, staying informed about new products and industry developments is essential. Dealer Day France offered the perfect setting for partners to deepen their product knowledge while discussing the opportunities and challenges shaping the French market.

Exploring the future of warehouse operations
Automation was another important topic throughout the event.
During a dedicated session, Bertrand Collongy introduced dealers to JEAKUE, presenting JK’s practical approach to warehouse automation and explaining how autonomous solutions can complement existing warehouse operations. The discussion focused on helping dealers understand how automation can support customers looking to increase productivity, improve workflow efficiency and address ongoing labour challenges with scalable, easy-to-implement solutions.
Alongside automation, after-sales support remained a key priority. Patrice and Sébastien led a dedicated service session, exploring best practices in technical support, maintenance and customer service. By sharing expertise and practical experience, the session reinforced the importance of delivering outstanding support long after a truck has been delivered.

Hands-on experience with the JK portfolio
No Dealer Day would be complete without getting behind the wheel.
Throughout the event, dealers had the opportunity to test drive a wide selection of JEAKUE trucks, including the new JK PRO Line, experiencing first-hand the performance, ergonomics and advanced features designed for intensive applications.
Visitors also explored the full breadth of the JK portfolio through the JK PRO, JK RED and JK GREEN product ranges, gaining a deeper understanding of how each range addresses different customer requirements—from cost-effective entry-level solutions to premium equipment for demanding warehouse environments.
These hands-on demonstrations allowed dealers to experience the equipment from their customers’ perspective while discussing product applications directly with the JK team.
Building relationships beyond the showroom
While the presentations and product demonstrations formed the core of the programme, one of the greatest values of Dealer Day France was the opportunity to connect.
Over two days, dealers from across France exchanged experiences, discussed customer needs and shared ideas on how to continue growing together. These conversations strengthen our network, encourage collaboration and help ensure that every dealer is equipped to deliver the best possible solutions and service to customers.
