JEAKUE Appoints Scot Aitcheson as Vice President Aftersales Europe
Cologne, Germany – 15 June 2026 

JEAKUE is pleased to announce the appointment of Scot Aitcheson as Vice President Aftersales Europe, effective June 15, 2026. In this role, Scot will be responsible for overseeing and further strengthening JEAKUE’s European aftersales organisation, with a clear focus on delivering exceptional customer support, driving service innovation, and creating long-term customer value.

Scot brings more than two decades of international experience in the material handling industry, with a proven track record across aftersales, fleet management, and global account leadership. Prior to joining JEAKUE, he held several senior leadership positions at Hyster-Yale, most recently serving as Head of Commercial Services. In this role, he was responsible for developing and implementing value-added aftersales solutions, driving customer satisfaction and retention across global markets.

Throughout his career, Scot has demonstrated deep expertise in managing complex customer relationships and building high-performing service organisations. His previous roles include Director of Global Accounts, where he led strategic partnerships with multinational customers, and Director of Pan-European Major Accounts, overseeing direct sales activities across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. He also held earlier positions at Jungheinrich USA and Dougherty Equipment Company, gaining extensive experience in both sales and service operations.
